Indicator LED Description
Indicator LED light on means socket powers on.
Indicator LED light off means socket powers off.
Indicator LED blinks(5 times per second), which means the socket is at configuration mode(factory mode)
Add Device
Step 1: Log in and sign up your DoHome APP and confirm the phone is connected to WiFi(ONLY 2.4G WiFi supported), and click the upper right corner “+” icon in DoHome APP.
Step 2: Select the corresponding WiFi socket device icon and input the router password.
Step 3: Power on the plug and confirm it is in factory mode(LED flash). Then open phone’s WiFi setting and connect the WiFi named “DoHome_***”
Step 4: Retuen to the DoHome APP and wait the network configuration finishing. Then customize the device name in your convenience and start control.
How to Connect Amazon Alexa
Step 1: Log into the Alexa App, tap Skills and Games, and search DoHome in the input box.
Step 2: Click Enable skill, and input your DoHome user name and password
Step 3: Simply use voice commands like "Alexa, turn on the lights" to control your devices
Other smart device connection refers to the steps on DoHome APP(Click Profile and choose the smart speaker you want to add to refer the steps)
Hands Free Voice Control
Works with Alexa and Google assistant to and Apple Home, add hands-free voice control to any outlet. “Alexa/Hey Siri, turn on the table light.”
Remote Control from Anywhere
Once finished setting up DoHome App through 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, you can wirelessly control your home devices from anywhere via your phone from 3G/4G/Wi-Fi network.
You can check the real-time status of your device anytime and anywhere. There is no need for you to worry about the forgetting devices anymore when you’re out.
Schedules and Timers
You can use DoHome APP to create Timer/ Countdown for connected electronics in your preference. The connected device can power on/off automatically based on your set. Scheduling also helps lower your electricity bill by keeping power-hungry devices off when they you are not needed.

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
